Hello!
My name is Jessica Nurse, I am a freelance makeup and hair artist based in the UK.
Since I can remember I have always had a passion for creativity, inspired by colour, illustration and anything arty.
In 2005 I graduated from the London College of Fashion with an FdA in specialist makeup design.
So far in my career some of my most enjoyable work has been making up big personalities whilst working on Channel 4's Goks fashion fix and being part of the makeup team for ITV's Dancing on Ice.
As someone who has always been sporty, I have really enjoyed meeting and working with several sports stars and Olympians in the past 16 years. Working on various shoots and filming for Nutritian brands.
I am lucky to say I love my job!!
Meeting new people, travelling widely, and encountering everything from the weird to wonderful behind the scenes on photoshoots and filming.
I am eager to see where my makeup brush will take me next...
